Every state carries its proof: the invoice, the transaction hashes, the status Bitcart reported and every signed webhook delivery. Support and finance work from the same facts.

States that do not lie
Partial, excess and late payments are explicit states or review items, never silent adjustments. A confirmed payment never quietly reverts.

Custody, stated plainly
Live payments are custodial and are enabled after approval. Funds are held for you as a balance; every payout needs an operator review and, by default, a second approver on your team. Fees are invoiced, never skimmed.

GRYPHEM operators review every organisation’s business verification before live payments are enabled, and every payout before it is sent.

Contract-first engineering
One OpenAPI contract drives the SDKs, the docs and the apps. Idempotency, typed errors and request IDs are there from the first endpoint.

Live payments and live networks are enabled only after reviews pass. You will know exactly when — and why — something becomes available.

What we don’t do.
- Process live payments before your account is verified and approved.
- Hold balances or pay out on your behalf before then. Live payments are custodial by design and are enabled only once every release gate — custody authorisation included — is approved.
- Convert currencies — there is no exchange.
- Accept card, PIX or bank transfers — GRYPHEM PAY is crypto-only.
- Show statistics, logos or testimonials we cannot back with evidence.
