Say what is true today
No invented metrics, badges or partners. If a capability is not enabled, the product and this site say so.
Make every state explainable
A payment state that cannot be explained in a sentence will be misunderstood. Each one has a label, an icon and a reason.
Be plain about custody
Live payments are custodial — GRYPHEM PAY holds the funds for merchants until they withdraw them — so they are enabled only behind a custody-authorisation gate.
Gate before you ship
Sensitive capabilities sit behind explicit reviews, documented in the open, before they reach a merchant.
Where we are
Gated, deliberately.
The platform is built end to end: accounts and teams, stores, payment intents, hosted checkout, custodial processing through Bitcart with balances and approved payouts, signed webhooks, reconciliation and operator tooling. Merchants can create an account and submit business verification today.
Live payments are enabled per account, and only once the required approvals are in place: independent security reviews and legal analysis per country and legal entity. Because live payments are custodial, they also need authorisation to hold customers’ crypto-assets, or counsel’s written opinion that none is required.
