Payments · Crypto

Crypto, processed through Bitcart.

Live payments run through GRYPHEM PAY’s own Bitcart account. The checkout offers the assets of the platform’s Bitcart wallets, each with its exact amount and the address for that payment.

Assets

A symbol is not an asset.

Each asset is a wallet of the platform’s Bitcart store, identified by its coin and its chain — the same token on two different chains is two different assets. The checkout lists the assets offered for each payment, and signed-in merchants see the same list in the dashboard.

The list is not published on this page, so no asset is ever shown here as available when it is not.

Your balance is kept per asset, and a payout is always made in the asset that was received — there is no conversion. Amounts are handled in integer base units end to end, never as floating-point numbers.

Finality

Confirmed means complete.

Confirmations. Bitcart marks an invoice paid when the transfer is seen, confirmed after its first confirmation and complete once the store’s confirmation policy is met. Only a complete invoice makes a payment confirmed in GRYPHEM PAY; a transfer seen in the mempool is evidence of intent, not of payment.

Partial and late payments. A partial payment becomes underpaid. Funds that arrive after the invoice expired are held for review and credited only after an operator verifies them.

Network fees. The customer’s wallet pays the network (gas) fee when it sends the transfer.
